What is EPS?

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), known as styrofoam, is a plastic foam made of trapped air and polystyrene. If not disposed of responsibly, it leeches toxic chemicals into the environment and breaks into microplastics. Its bulky nature makes it hard to compact.
With the help of rePurpose, it can be densified and upcycled into a commercially viable resource.
